Kosmos Village Association

New residents i.e owners & tenants in Kosmos should:

1. Copy and paste link for google form to your web browser:    https://forms.gle/ut3ATSA8aB6Pu48KA
2. Complete a google form for each person of your household who you wish to register for gate access by using the same link multiple times. ( Each person must have an unique mobile number and an uniqie email address. Mobile numbers and email addresses can not be shared. )
3. Once your form has been processed i.e. data captured and verified you will receive an invite to join the GLOVENT (Kosmos Village Association) community.
   1. You will need to download GLOVENT APP on your phone.
   2. Need to register on the APP.
   3. You will be able to generate access codes for yourself and visitors on the APP
   4. You need to register a unique mobile number & unique email address for the APP to accept you (Two persons can’t share the same email address nor mobile number)
4. Next, stop at the gate (allow 3 days for data processing) to scan your face for the facial recognition system. You need to provide a form of identification prior to scanning.
